Crunch Culture is a culture-led snack brand created for a generation that embraces imperfection, spontaneity, and shared experiences. The challenge was to differentiate a simple corn puff product in a category dominated by flavour claims, health positioning, and conventional FMCG marketing.
The strategic direction shifted the focus away from the product itself and toward the moments surrounding it. Built around the idea of "Join The Crunch," the brand treats snacking as a cultural behaviour rather than a consumption habit; living in late-night scrolling sessions, gaming marathons, study breaks, group chats, road trips, and everyday acts of procrastination.
Visually, the brand embraces a world of controlled chaos through bold typography, disruptive colour systems, street-inspired graphics, and editorial-style product photography. Instead of chasing wellness trends or polished perfection, Crunch Culture celebrates the messy, relatable moments that define modern life.
Outcome: A culture-first FMCG brand positioned at the intersection of youth identity, shared experiences, and unapologetic indulgence, designed to stand out on shelves and resonate beyond the product itself.
